[photoshop-beginners] Re: Photo shop down

I know next to nothing about photoshop, but generally when you are having a problem with a program you have to either go into "start, control panel, add remove programs," and uninstall it or "start, all programs," and run the uninstall program there. Mine is listed as Jasc Software. Then put the disk back in and start all over.
