[photoshop-beginners] Photoshop down

Big prob.... cant get in my photoshop
I click on a photo and hit open with image ready
and a window comes up

missing file ..... bib.dll .....

Im on photoshop 7
I downloaded bib.dll from the web
went to my comp
disc c
programmes
adobe
photoshop 7 and lobbed the tiny file in there
but still no joy...

anyone any other ideas ?
its kinda lonely on the net without photoshop !
