I'm using CS3, but this should be the same...
Click Image-->Image Size. Make sure Constrain Proportions is checked,
then change Resolution in the Document Size box to 72 pixels/inch. The
Width and Height in the Pixel Dimensions box will change as you change
resolution, but the they won't change in the Document Size box.
You can see the effect of your change next to the Pixel Dimensions
label near the top of the Image Size dialog box.
