Photoshop for All: Re: [Adobe_Photoshop_Techniques] Adding sparkle????

i knew that worked with Psp, i have it on my 8 and 10, but i did not know it
would work with photoshop, i have cs4, i guess all i can do is try, if it
did work there are so many more options that just opened up with photoshop,
its a pain going back and forth from one program to another because i know
paint shop pro better than my newer program.
