Both the snipping tool and the PrtSc work, but I use a program called FastStone Capture for capturing the full screen, part of the screen, web pages that are larger than one screen length, and videos. Works great and only costs about $20.00. What's good about that program is that once you have captured your screen shot you can draw on the image, add comments to it, insert arrows to point to something, etc. Then save as a jpg, png, or gif. Best $20.00 I ever spent. I capture Webinars that I take which do not have a download ability provided. Anything that can be shown on the screen can be captured.
