Here's a "not well known" TRICK: If you have BUNCHES and BUNCHES of action set files (.atn) to load, you can load them into Photoshop "all at once" by selecting all of them in an Explorer window, and then dragging/dropping the file icons into Photoshop's window (or onto the icon representing Photoshop, usually at the bottom or the side of one's screen - the one you click to "switch" from whatever you're doing to Photoshop).
If you have only a few action set files (.atn) to load, doing so through the Action Panel menu makes sense.
