If you have CS4. After you open your photo, click on adjustments >select Hue Saturation>select Sepia option.

In, I think any CS, go to Image - Adjustments - Black and White. Then click the Tint box at the bottom. The default, I think is Sepia.
Also under actions there is a sepia.
