[APS] Cant get rid of the borders - cs4 ,snow leopard, Epson r1900

 

cant seem to find a way to break the chain symbol to change the borders cant get it to print edge to edge. YUP have clicked the borderless button but seems that there is a 1/2 in border that i just cant go past.
also cant seem to find the optimiser button
Finding that the instructions/user manual completely different to that for pc and also very poor, little resemblance to what i see on screen.
