Jeff, what program are you using and which version? I don't see any place to set pixel aspect ratio in Photoshop.

What should the basic pixel aspect ratio be set to? There are some times when I open a photo image, and it appears a bit too narrow, and distorted. How can I reset it to be the same all the time?
