I'll try to be as clear as possible.
When you are in any tool, say the lasso tool, you can double click on
the foreground color in the tool box, the one with the little double-
ended arrow to the right of it, and this will open a window titled "
Color Picker (Foreground Color)" This is what I'm talking about.
There's a vertical bar in the middle of this window that used to have
a full range of colors on it and not shows only a blend of two colors.
