This is a valuable video not only for working with highlights and shadows in an image in a detailed way, but also how to use those same settings working with a video clip. PS will render the "filter" correx to every image within the video clip, then you can export the clip to any sort of codec to work with in your video editing program. Very nice to learn. I think the video presentation mentioned that they were working with PS CS 3 extended.
